Job Requirements:

• Build high quality, scalable, resilient distributed systems
• Lead design sessions and influence best practices across the organization
• Design and develop the build, test, deployment automation framework
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software incrementally against aggressive schedules
• Mentor junior engineers, provide feedback and review pull requests
• Provide estimates for new projects and define options and tradeoffs
• Develop the long-term strategy for the services and translate that into an achievable road-map/action plan, working with the leadership team
