Job Description:

The United IT team designs, develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions that are brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics and digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish cloud security controls to protect applications across a large and complex environment
• Provide technical cloud security architecture/engineering support
• Provide strategic vision and strategy that is aligned to organization and team priorities
• Coordinate, measure and report on the technical aspects of cloud security technology management
• Coordinate with other Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud Engineering teams to mitigate risk and ensure policy compliance

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with cross-functional, with Cloud Engineering, Application Development, and Solution Architects
• Experience working in AWS and hybrid environments
• CISSP, SANS and/or relevant SANS certifications or strong demonstrated application of software security in code written by individual

Qualification & Experience:

• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• The ability to build strong relationships at all levels and across all business units and organizations, and understand business and security goals
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• A minimum of seven years of IT management experience, with five years in an information security role BS/BA, preferably in a technical or scientific field or 7 years of equivalent experience, education or training
  Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with product managers and developers
  Cloud Architecture and Security certified or comparable experience
  Experience implementing cloud security controls and procedures
  Experience delivering, implementing and administering complex technical security solutions
  Good understanding of cloud application security frameworks, standards, and best practices from OWASP, WASC, SANS. and other information security standards
  In-depth knowledge and understanding of cloud information security and architectural concepts and principles as a means of relating business needs to security technologies
  Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
